2 face to face meetings (Up to 2 hrs per meeting)
Unlimited phone & email support.
Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites at least 2 weeks prior to wedding date.
Thorough review of vendor details.
Confirmation of all contract details and arrival times over the phone one week and one day prior to your wedding.
Instruct vendors to first contact us instead of you with any questions or concerns during the week prior to your wedding.
Ensure all ceremony items are set up as instructed by Bride.
Ensure all reception items including seating cards, place cards, gifts table and card box, wedding favors, etc. are in place
Ceremony and reception coordination
Distribute flowers, bouquets, and pin corsages and boutonnières.
Resolve any ceremony or reception related problems that arise.
Bridal party emergency kit always on hand.
Month-Of Coordination (extensive)

Includes everything in the “Basic Package” plus the following:
Two additional face-to-face meetings (8 hours total)
Ensure copies of all vendor contracts are accounted for and signed.
Create list of "yet-to-dos" for the bride and groom.
Assist with seating charts, timelines for family and bridal party, and other planning documents.
Help with assembly of wedding favors.
Assist with invitations start-to-finish.
Vendor contracts review.
Ensure bridal party adheres to timeline.
Rehearsal coordination in cooperation with officiant.

Hourly Coordination is an option for brides who are looking for a professional opinion/advice.
